Fortress of Solitude

This is Evan's favorite hiding place right now. He loves to crawl inside this cupboard, close the door behind him and have a little alone time, usually, until one of us says, "Where's Evan? Where's my Evan?" Then he flings the door open until it bangs against the refrigerator and flashes a huge smile that says, "Here I am!"

Unfortunately, this little ritual has opened up another can of worms.






















I find myself stepping over all of this stuff every time I go into the kitchen now. It's very annoying! Lately, I've been keeping all of our plastic storage on top of the counter because I just don't want to have to put stuff away several times a day!
