First Performance

Evan performed his first concert for me this afternoon. He got out his keyboard and slid it across the room to where I was laying down. then he started pressing down on the keys and get this - SINGING!

I thought I recognized one of the words as "pasta." I asked, "Is that the pasta song?" and he said, "pa-ta song." And then I said, "More! More songs!" And he played /sang another one, this time with the word, "rain." "Is that the rain song?" I asked. "Rain song."

And then I tried to get him to recreate the moment so I could record it on my iPod. But Evan was only interested in the iPod and it turned into this power struggle. Bottom line: Evan sang me a song and accompanied himself on the keyboard. And it was AWESOME!
